A friend of mine who lived on the first floor of an apartment building really wanted to get Dish Network. He had a patio that was for his "exclusive use" (meaning he had the right to set up a satellite dish outside). There was just one small problem... The patio was on the North side of the apartment. And, as we all know, satellite dishes require a clear view of the Southern sky. Damn. Guess he's out of luck, right?

Wrong!

Luckily, he had a large window on the southern side of the house. So, we thought, "what if it were possible to mount the satellite dish indoors..."
