EchoStar Leads Pay TV Industry in Customer Satisfaction

EchoStar Communications Corporation announced its DISH Network received the highest ranking for customer satisfaction among satellite and cable TV providers.  Information was provided by the ACSI, or American Customer Satisfaction Index. 

The ACSI results make it three out of the last four years DISH Network has scored a number 1 ranking.  The ACSI helps reflect customers' overall satisfaction with a service, and does so as a national economic indicator of customer evaluations of of the quality of products and services. This is the seventh consecutive year DISH Network has scored about all cable TV providers.
