High definition service launches and additions are happening all over television, from the History Channel HD to have an ehnanced format in September, to Cinemax, Starz Entertainment, and the Big Ten Channel. DirecTV will provide The History Channel's first true HD programming, while EchoStar's Dish Network has added Cinemax HD, raising it's lineup to 32 enhanced channels.                |
